What are You Feeding Your Mind?

 

You stand in line at the grocery store for the food you need, or you go online to order it and have it delivered. You eat healthy, organic, vegan, Keto, whatever serves you the best.

Do you pay attention to what you feed your mind? Is it the news, and stories of worry and illness? Is it positive articles or books on Mindset? Do you think of possibilities or roadblocks?

This came up with a client recently as she was feeling overwhelmed with fear and anxiety around what is happening these days. It was actually palpable in the conversation, and when she looked around it got worse.

This was the question I asked her? What are you feeding your mind? Are you paying attention to it. As soon as she had some ideas for positive thinking, for looking for possibilities her mood changed as did her outlook.
