What will you do next?

It is important to spend time doing meaningful work. For your health, well-being and success. People are happier doing what they are naturally good at, you know the tasks that make you feel more like you are playing than working.

Over time your interests can change, your needs and responsibilities may change. Therefore what you want may change.

Do you ever take the time to consider what is next, what do  you want to create?

How to decide what to do next

Writing in a journal may help you with the answers to these questions. Take some time, even 15 to 30 minutes, uninterrupted, to note what comes to you.

1. Think about your interests - What do you do all day long, that you lose track of time with? I love draw, and I also love to help people find the best solutions to move forward.

2. What are your unique abilities - those things that just come naturally to you, that make you totally happy you spent your time on them.

3. What are your favorite activities or moments? Do you love to go to the art museum, or science center? Or do you prefer to be outside hiking in the woods or visiting a nature center.

Lastly, and let me know in the comments…

4.  How would you finish this statement: "If I had the time I would...?" Maybe you love to travel, or photography is your passion and you just never had the opportunity to get to it. If you could get to it now, what would you choose?

I want to hear your ideas… what would you choose?
